How it Works

Order
To place an order go to the Order Here page, select between hand painted or digital, select the size and finish you would like, add the listing to your cart and then proceed to checkout.

Communication
Once I receive your order I will send you an email to the address provided during checkout and we can begin to discuss the portrait in more details. 

Photo's
Photo's of your pet can be shared over email, the clearer the better.

Features
Your custom pet portrait will be hand painted on a gallery wooden panel using acrylic. The panel is 1.5 inches deep allowing it to easily stand upright on its own and the indentation in the back makes it easy to hang on your wall. If you are interested in a different canvas type please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Resin Option
Once your painting is complete it will be finished off with a hard clear coat of epoxy resin giving it a beautiful and professional look. This option will add 3-4 days to the processing time as it needs time to completely dry. Please note that once the resin has been applied no further changes can be made to the painting.

Review
Once I have completed the painting I will send you a photo for you to review. Adjustments can be made at this time and once you are happy with the final portrait I will ship it out.

Timeline
The painting process typically takes 1-2 weeks and then another 2-9 days for shipping however if you need your portrait sooner or by a certain date please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Refund Policy
Because all orders are custom I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. I do my best to avoid the need to return an item by staying in constant communication with customers. I share photos of the work throughout the process and then before shipping I confirm you are satisfied with the piece. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
